Our office digs are located in a converted Soap Factory in Port Melbourne and embody what the brand is all about. Make use of the in-office bike racks, pull up a stool and enjoy a coffee and a pastry while immersing yourself in all things MAAP. Our orchestrated staff rides also depart from the new HQ.

In late 2021, we made the move into our brand new open-plan office in Port Melbourne. Featuring all the amenities you know and love from an indoor cycle training gym to a full kitchen set-up… not to mention our barista-style coffee machine and proximity to local breweries and distilleries.

Once you’ve applied, if you make the short-list, we will contact you for an initial interview. We suggest you prepare for the interview by reviewing your skills and experience against the key selection criteria of the job description.

We then consider all the applicants who interviewed – which can take some time, so please be patient with us – before deciding who to invite for a second-round interview. There could potentially be additional interview rounds, depending on the position.

If you’re the successful applicant – firstly, congrats! – we’ll let you know verbally as soon as we’ve made the decision and a formal ‘letter of offer’ will follow soon after. In the letter of offer you’ll find all the information regarding the position, title, location, start date and salary. We will need you to sign and return it as the official indication of your acceptance of the role.
