While each job description we list will give specific details of any processes that are unique to the opening, the process below should give you a good idea of what it’s like to apply to work at MAAP.
Once you’ve applied, if you make the short-list, we will contact you for an initial interview. We suggest you prepare for the interview by reviewing your skills and experience against the key selection criteria of the job description.
We then consider all the applicants who interviewed – which can take some time, so please be patient with us – before deciding who to invite for a second-round interview. There could potentially be additional interview rounds, depending on the position.
If you’re the successful applicant – firstly, congrats! – we’ll let you know verbally as soon as we’ve made the decision and a formal ‘letter of offer’ will follow soon after. In the letter of offer you’ll find all the information regarding the position, title, location, start date and salary. We will need you to sign and return it as the official indication of your acceptance of the role.
