We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, a newly created role to lead the execution and optimisation of MAAP’s global digital growth engine across paid media, CRM/lifecycle, retention, CRO and analytics.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & Digital, you’ll turn strategy into results — driving efficient growth while protecting MAAP’s premium brand across all channels and regions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced performance marketer who thrives in execution, accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll partner closely with eComm, Creative, Product, Finance, Planning, Retail and Regional teams to deliver full-funnel digital programs spanning acquisition, revenue growth and customer retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute MAAP’s global digital performance strategy across paid media, CRM/lifecycle and analytics
- Own full-funnel outcomes: acquisition, revenue, retention and LTV
- Manage and optimise paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliates and emerging channels
- Lead testing across audiences, creative, landing pages, channel mix and CRO initiatives
- Build and optimise lifecycle and CRM programs (campaigns, flows, personalisation)
- Partner with eComm and Creative to improve on-site conversion and end-to-end experience
- Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting and performance insights
- Lead agency partners and external vendors
- Coach and develop a high-performing digital team
THE CANDIDATE
- 8–10+ years’ experience in digital/performance marketing across global or multi-market environments
- Strong across paid media, CRM/lifecycle, CRO, analytics and attribution
- Proven full-funnel growth experience in DTC and retail-supported models
- Commercially minded, data-driven and execution-focused
- Experienced people leader and collaborative partner
- Passionate about cycling, sport, culture and premium brand experiences
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Google Ad Manager highly regarded
