The Role
As an Allocator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are allocated efficiently across our retail, wholesale, and online channels to maximise sales and profitability.
Reporting to the Head of Planning, you’ll manage stock levels, analyse performance data, and coordinate replenishments to keep inventory balanced and optimised. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to meet stock demands, monitor sales trends, and adjust allocations to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Administration & Communication: Conduct regular meetings with store managers to discuss product performance, follow up on stock and delivery queries, and foster strong internal relationships.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyse weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports. Track channel performance, optimise product allocation by location and size, and support inventory management goals.
• Store Range Assortment: Support store assortment planning and develop accurate inventory forecasts. Manage end-of-life products and coordinate stock transfers.
• Allocation Management: Allocate stock based on each channel’s needs, manage replenishment schedules, and collaborate with Operations to maintain balanced inventory across channels.
The Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years’ experience in Allocation or Inventory Planning.
• Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, and inventory management, with the ability to interpret data to make strategic allocation decisions.
• Strong financial, numerical, and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability and desire to work collaboratively.
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Tertiary qualification (commerce, business or retail related) is advantageous.
