We're opening London 

MAAP LaB London is coming - and we're building the founding team. 

The LaB is more than a retail store. It's a space where cycling, design, culture and community intersect. In an elevated retail environment showcasing the very best of MAAP, the London LaB will serve as a hub for riders, creatives and the wider cycling community - hosting events, group rides and cultural activations throughout the year. 

We're looking for passionate Full and Part Time Sales Assistants to help bring this experience to life from day one.

The Role 

As a Sales Assistant at MAAP LaB London, you'll be central to delivering an exceptional brand experience - on the shop floor, in the community, and out on the bike. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Delivering the MAAP retail experience by building genuine, lasting relationships with customers and the wider cycling community 
• Championing a sales-driven culture while ensuring exceptional brand experiences at every touchpoint 
• Supporting the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and commercial objectives
• Maintaining world-class visual merchandising standards in line with MAAP brand guidelines 
• Supporting daily store operations - opening and closing procedures, inventory management and stock processing 
• Building and maintaining a deep knowledge of MAAP products, seasonal launches and technical innovations 
• Contributing to community rides, events, activations and local partnerships that grow the MAAP presence in London 
• Representing MAAP's values, culture and commitment to excellence in everything you do 

About You 

You'll bring: 

• Experience in premium retail, fashion, sportswear or a similarly experience-led environment 
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• High standards for presentation and an eye for visual detail 
• An active connection to cycling - whether that's racing, commuting, gravel or just living for the weekend ride 
• Knowledge of or existing ties to the London cycling scene is a real advantage
