  • Assist with fabric, trim and component sourcing, including custom hardware development
  • Build and maintain detailed tech packs in Backbone (PLM), including BOMs and revisions
  • Liaise with factories, suppliers and external agencies through sampling and PPS sign-off
  • Track samples, review fit and performance, and provide clear, actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with Production on cost targets, timelines and packaging development
  • Coordinate wear-testing programs and incorporate rider feedback
  • Support range reviews, sign-offs and day-to-day studio operations

THE CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Accessories Design or similar
  • 2–3 years’ experience in product, accessories or technical design
  • Strong industrial design skillset with clear 3D thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Solid understanding of materials, construction and manufacturing processes
  • Experience designing soft goods, technical accessories or performance products
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and structured development workflows
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Collaborative, curious and open to feedback
  • A passion for cycling and understanding of performance gear and rider needs is a bonus
