About the job
Merging aesthetics and performance, MAAP is a premium cycling apparel brand established in 2014 with the goal to propel cycling forward. Born in Melbourne, we’re bound by our love of art and design, fitness, and community, with sustainability at the core of everything we do.
We value authenticity and this shows up in every aspect of our brand. From the people we hire, to the product we create, and our partnerships across the globe. As a brand, we create a space that is diverse and inclusive, where every voice matters, and we are fuelled by our shared love for design, performance, and cycling.
We are a truly global business with operations in 9+ countries, and we are on a significant growth journey both geographically as well as across distribution channels. As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to help build and shape a best-in-class FP&A function within a high-growth, globally minded brand.
This is a newly created, highly visible role where you’ll move well beyond the numbers—partnering with leaders across the business to influence decisions, unlock opportunities and support long-term growth.
You’ll own the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles, deliver deep monthly performance insights across a complex multi-entity, multi-currency environment, and play a key role in modelling new initiatives, retail expansion and long-range strategic planning.
THE ROLE
THE CANDIDATE
You’re highly analytical but deeply commercial—able to see the story behind the numbers. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in your approach, and known for bringing solutions, not just problems. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to drive better outcomes.
Why Join
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the FP&A capability of a fast-growing global brand. You’ll have real influence, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on how financial insights power strategic decision-making.
