THE ROLE

Reporting to the VP of eCommerce (with creative direction from our Chief Creative Officer), you'll lead the creative execution of MAAP's digital customer experience across every touchpoint.

This is far more than producing beautiful assets. You'll own the design of our eCommerce experience, from homepage storytelling and product launches to digital merchandising, UI improvements and customer journey, using data and customer insights to continually refine and elevate the experience.

You'll work at the intersection of Creative and eCommerce, partnering with Marketing, Creative, Product and external development agencies to ensure every interaction reflects the premium quality of the MAAP brand.

You'll be responsible for:

• Designing exceptional digital experiences across MAAP's global eCommerce platform
• Creating engaging homepage, collection, product and editorial experiences that inspire customers and drive commercial performance
• Producing digital creative for product launches, seasonal campaigns, email, landing pages and promotional activity
• Designing intuitive, responsive user experiences across desktop and mobile
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and interface concepts in Figma
• Improving customer journeys using behavioural insights, analytics and testing
• Evolving MAAP's digital design system and component library
• Delivering production-ready assets while maintaining the highest creative standards
• Collaborating closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Creative teams and external development partners to deliver world-class digital experiences

THE CANDIDATE

You're a highly creative digital designer who understands that great design delivers both emotional impact and commercial results. You combine exceptional visual craft with curiosity, strategic thinking and a passion for creating premium online experiences.

You'll bring:

• 4–7 years' experience in Digital Design, eCommerce Design or UI Design
• A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional websites, digital campaigns and eCommerce experiences
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong experience designing responsive digital experiences across desktop and mobile
• Deep understanding of UX, UI, digital merchandising and eCommerce best practice
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
• Experience working within design systems
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale to stakeholders
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Premium consumer, fashion, sports or lifestyle brands
• Shopify or Shopify Plus
• ContentSquare, Hotjar, FullStory or similar customer behaviour platforms
• GA4 and digital performance reporting
• A/B testing and conversion optimisation
• Working with external development agencies
• Front-end development principles (coding not required)
