We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 60 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Please note: We can only accept returns for purchases made from the maap.cc website and not from our retail partner stores.

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps below in the ‘How to make a return’ section. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Please note that Maap cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.

|International Returns and Exchanges||
If you are based outside of Australia, please use the below process to lodge your return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of your receipt date.
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Click the below link “Lodge Return” and using your email address and order number, complete the web form to let us know which products you will be returning.
Once complete, print a copy of the return confirmation to enclose in your returns package.

Once you return package has been received it will be reviewed by our customer service team as soon as possible. You will receive emails confirming receipt of the package and the outcome of the return review.
